Come and Play is recruiting for Nowhere 2025. We are looking for kink enthusiasts, who are consent conscious, love to share their knowledge and want to build a community together. If you feel like that is you, apply by filling out the form below.

We are usually a small team, so we often (especially during build and strike) need all hands on deck. Our camp has many shifts and involvement. Please consider if this is for you. Our secret main kink is work. Our core burn principles are participation and community.
The recruitment process
Our recruitment process is split into veteran and “newbie” recruitment. We strive to have a ratio of 60-70% veterans in our camp to ensure both continuity of culture and new space for members, new directions and new ideas.
We start the veteran and newbie recruitment at the same time, but the application period for veterans being much shorter. We create a form including all the applications and everyone (from the veterans, who applied) can vote on each other with the following scoring system:
1 = I know this person and I have strong oppositions to them joining C&P
2 = I am not in favor of this person joining C&P
3 = I have no opinion, I am neutral, or I don’t want to answer (or it’s me!)
4 = I am positive about this person joining C&P
5 = I know this person, and I am enthusiastic about them joining C&P
A selection committee is formed, by veteran volunteers, ensuring balanced representation. This committee will go over the applications.
If a person receives a 1* review (or several 2* s), we will speak with both people involved. If a person receives several, they will be excluded.
The newbie application process follows similar steps. The filled out google form application is voted on by the formed veteran team. The amount of open newbie positions is determined by the size of the core team and the 60-70% ratio.
The recruitment committee decides based on the amount of votes. However, diversity of the camp, personal feedback from the kink communities and willingness/time to participate in camp related activities will be included in the decisions.
